There are some spas in Haapsalu..Fra Mare for example. Or Laine. Maybe she can find something from there.. I know my SWMBO (She, Who Must Be Obeyed) will. Town centre etc is not very far also. maybe a 1.5 km.

There is plenty of room for kitesurfing aswell.. If you really do not care of some icedriving.
